Recently I watched the silent film, "It," starring Clara Bow. I'm usually not a fan of romantic comedies, but I fell in love with this one.
The film is about shop girl named Betty Lou, (Clara Bow), who works at a large department store known as "Walthams." The handsome owner of Walthams (Antonio Moreno), notices her while dining at "the Ritz," and is instantly captivated by her beauty and presence. Betty captivates him so because she posses "IT." "IT" It is described as a "peculiar quality... which attracts others of the opposite sex. The possessor of 'IT' [is] un-selfconscious, and [has] that magnetic 'sex appeal' which is irresistible."
She had a flirtatious, feminine, and classic sense of style.
Her quirky sensibility, glamorous style and alluring beauty still mesmerize people today.

Ah yes, the original It girl, I've been wanting to see this film for a while-- I haven't seen any of her films! The leopard trimmed outfit is amazing, I also like the color tinted photos of her. Hrm, I wonder if Netflix has this film?
